Position Title: Admin & Finance Officer
Reports to the: Admin & Finance Director
Location: Based in Metro Manila, Philippines
Core Activities: The post involves assisting in all finance functions of the Philippine-based PANAP staff including record maintenance, financial reports, documentation and filing work
Salary: The salary would commensurate with experience
Closing Date: 28 February 2024 (extended until May 31, 2024)

JOB Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMIN & FINANCE OFFICER:
- To assist in managing full set of accounts, including payroll; handle banking matters, liaise with auditors, managing the office bills and petty cash
- To assist in preparing SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF and Income Tax
- To prepare payment voucher, issue cheque and process staff claims
- To assist in performing reconciliation of accounts and journal entries
- To assist in generating monthly financial and management reports
- To assist in preparation of general ledger and accounting reports
- To assist in cash flow management and preparation of budget
- To assist in admin and other ad-hoc assignments, including procurement of office furnitures and supplies, etc when required
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR THE POST:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Softwares
- Able to handle full set accounts with minimum 2-5 years of related working experience
- General knowledge of Employment Act (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF), Income Tax
- Good working attitude, able to work independently, hardworking, self-motivated & team player
- Experience working with NGOs is an added advantage
