Job Description

  • Develop and execute communication strategies for meetings, campaigns, and events across multiple platforms (website, social media, media outlets).
  • Plan the publicity and promotion of PANAP materials, including reports, booklets, brochures, and other informational resources.
  • Develop social media assets in line with PANAP’s Brand Book and the themes of specific campaigns or events.
  • Design and distribute Social Media Kits, including visuals and copy, for campaigns and events.
  • Produce short promotional and informational videos on PANAP’s campaigns and events.
  • Utilise PANAP’s social media channels (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube) for promotion and information.
  • Share materials and resources with PANAP’s network
  • Grow outreach of social media to wider audiences.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communications.
  • Support media outreach, press releases, and assist with content writing and editing as needed.
