Dalit and tribal (Irular) communities in these areas are experiencing extreme hardship, as many homes lack proper roofing, leaving residents exposed to continuous rain. The floors remain wet, and floodwater has entered both streets and houses, making it difficult for people to step outside or go to work. As a result, families are struggling without food and are enduring cold and hunger.
