No Land, No Life
Millions of small-scale farmers and food producers have limited access to land and resources because land is monopolised and controlled by landlords and big corporations.
Campaign Against Land and Resource Grabbing
“No Land, No Life!” is a campaign by PANAP and its partners against land and resource grabbing in the Asia Pacific region. Through coordinated actions, we have successfully stopped, delayed or exposed land and resource grabs.
Number of cases and victims of human rights violations related to land conflicts and struggles, 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2025
486
Killings
397
Arrest, detention and legal persecution
177
Threats, harassment and physical assault
73
Displacement
There are cases where one person can be a victim of two or more human rights violations. The number of victims for all cases of violations should therefore not be added together, to avoid double counting.
